Dear Subscribers,

Our tenth Transforming Dragons newsletter combines the months of November and December. We continue to present articles related to the science of prenatal re-imprinting (PNRI), and related subjects. And, we truly value our TD listener’s experiences, and we often present them to you ithrough our newsletters.

As we close the year 2007, I extend to all of you a very warm and sincere holiday greeting. And, my greeting carries my wish for a very positive holiday season and New Year for each one of you. Most of us are blessed by favorable circumstances in our lives. Unfortunately, most of humans on earth today are much less well off than we are, and growing numbers are living on the edge of survival.

As the collective chaos in the world continues, it is my sincere wish that you and your loved ones will be able to rise above chaotic circumstances. May the changes ahead work to your benefit, rather than to your detriment. And, it is my sincere wish that you will be healthy and prosper in the years ahead.

Erratic changes and the level of chaos increase in many areas of the world because we have entered into unprecedented economic times, and the underlying dynamics have been masked by a desire to put a happy face on the holiday season. The word “unprecedented” is used because we have entered an era of economic instability that can make our present way of life unsustainable.

Can’t we recover as we have done in past recessions? What is the extent of the problem?

There are fundamental structural problems that will handicap economic recovery. And the major structural problem is called the “peak-oil problem.” Please be open, and follow with me as I expand upon this problem. I consider this it to be of the utmost importance, and I invite you to seek additional information in the article below titled: Outside The Matrix – ENERGY. When you know what is really going on you can then move from being part of the problem, to being part of the solution.

As you read the Energy article (below), and you process what may be new and unpleasant information, I urge you to look within yourself for strength. Find rapport within yourself, then, find true rapport with others. From this, I urge you to find rapport with the earth, and a higher guidance that is there for all of us to access.

Move forward into the New Year of 2008 with a commitment to personal growth, and seek out and find ways that you can assist in improving the world.

What is PNRI?

PNRI is a pathway out of darkness. For those who have darkness in their lives, the science and methods of Prenatal Re-Imprinting (PNRI) can be a turning point. For example, a life filled with depression and failure can be transformed quickly and permanently onto the path of a happy and successful life.


Why is it that a group of people with the same education, living in the same city, and having the same financial opportunities will produce those who are very successful financially and very happy in their relationships, and also produce those who are in unhappy relationships and are struggling to survive financially? The answer to this question has two separate parts, just as our human brain has two separate parts: cognitive, and emotional.

• First there is the cognitive knowledge base that develops our decision-making and opportunity selection, and is involved in the development of our relationships and financial opportunities, and other resources.
• Second, there is the emotional component. It is the emotional center of our brain that guides our attention, awareness, attitude, mood, emotions, and motivation.

So, someone can study all of the wealth-making programs, and they will still fail when their emotional center is not in rapport with the cognitive part of the brain. When the cognitive and emotional parts of our brain are not in rapport, we cannot possibly function at our full potential. To believe otherwise is self-delusion.

So how do we know if we are out of rapport in the cognitive and emotional parts of our brain? The answer is very simple. Take a look at your life. Our life is a projection from our inner cognitive-emotional processes. It is from this projection that we create our world-view, and our experience of reality.

For many, the Transforming Dragons audio program can provide significant improvement by re-imprinting positive emotional alternatives to replace maladaptive patterns (“dragons”).

However, some people have been burdened by such profoundly negative prenatal experiences that the Transforming Dragons audio program is not enough. These burdened people usually respond quickly to individual one-to-one PNRI sessions. The results are often so dramatic that they seem almost magical.

After experiencing the dramatic results produced by a few PNRI sessions, one must conclude that the psychotherapeutic conventions used today are relatively costly and ineffective. Hopefully, those who provide psychotherapy and psychological counseling will upgrade their practice to include PNRI as the primary therapeutic modality.

Re-Programming Life from Our Zero-Point

Prenatal Re-Imprinting (PNRI) is a technique for accessing and re-imprinting the first-forming embryonic patterns that imprint at a cellular level. Thus, PNRI accesses the biological origins of maladaptive patterns, that is, their biological zero-point* of their existence. These zero-point maladaptive patterns, once located, can be easily re-imprinted and a permanent re-programming can be made to replace negative patterns with positive patterns.

How does that work?

Our personality begins to develop at the same time as our embryonic nervous system. And from our conception (our zero point) and throughout our development in our mother’s womb, we are imprinted with various foundational neurochemical response patterns. Our embryonic and fetal imprinting follows our mother’s response to her life experiences. Our mother’s emotional experiences (good and bad) produce many different emotional neurochemicals that pass through the placenta and imprint cellular-level response patterns. We become imprinted, and we adapt to our mother’s neurochemical “soup.”

This imprinting occurs in the emotional center of our brain (limbic system). And, it is our emotional center that will later guide our attention, awareness, attitude, mood, emotions, and motivation. Our embryonic imprinting establishes our foundational thresholds and set points that we become programmed to reactivate throughout out life.

After we are born, our life becomes organized around creating events that produce the same “flavors” of neurochemical “soup” in our emotional core that we experienced in our mother’s womb.

This is so important, and yet, it is astonishing that no one has addressed this problem in any meaningful way. That is, no one except PNRI practitioners.

PNRI is a science and methodology that takes us back to our zero-point to re-experience our prenatal imprinting. Through a novel and highly effective PNRI system, practitioners work with clients to transform their maladaptive personality patterns into positive and self-actualizing patterns. The results are achieved in a few sessions, and they are zero-point life readjustments.

The zero-point of our being is where we started to form the personality “grooves” that we continue to follow after birth, digging our early prenatal “grooves” deeper throughout our life. PNRI focuses on the early imprinting of maladaptive “grooves” or patterns because this is the place where profoundly beneficial changes take place with PNRI.

Locating the zero point of a maladaptive pattern and transforming it with PNRI releases negative foundations for our present problems (tracing all of the way back to the zero point). Without the negative foundation, our associated contemporary problems are able to resolve themselves and clear up quickly. Thus, PNRI is zero-point life readjustment that is effective and efficient. The power and potential of re-imprinting prenatal patterns is truly remarkable.

* The term “zero point” is borrowed from its use in quantum physics. There, it is used to describe the threshold of existence where, for example, a photon “pops out” of the vacuum of space into our observed local space-time. In quantum field theory, zero-point energy is synomous with “vacuum energy” that can be drawn from the vacuum of empty space; that is, the natural process of creating “something” out of “nothing.”

Outside The Matrix - ENERGY

This is the fourth in a series of articles about the "Matrix" in which we live. The concept of a "Matrix" was introduced by the 1999 Sci-Fi motion picture titled THE MATRIX, written and directed by Andy and Larry Wachowski. (Although, Sophia Stewart claims to be the "mother" of THE MATRIX, and is suing the Wachowskies.) Nonetheless, the idea of being enslaved by a manipulated reality field has gained a broader acceptance.

Energy may seem outside of my field of neurobiology, and thus involved in areas seemingly unfamiliar. However, prior to my more recent passion with neurobiology, I was on the corporate New Technology Staff of one of the great aerospace companies some three decades ago. I was involved in new-technology planning and forecasting, and I assisted numerous department heads in the development of their annual R&D plans. I had the opportunity to learn many scientific and technical fields from the perspective of the leading edge.

Also, from the same perspective of the past three decades, the price of crude oil has gone from under $15 per barrel to close to $100 per barrel today. There is a clear economic stress produced by this, and technology has not kept pace.

The world has grown in the last century and a half from under 2-billion inhabitants to over 6.5-billion. The present world population is unsustainable without cheap oil. The present political and economic “dinosaurs” are sucking as much profit as they can from the established petroleum-based energy system. Some believe that they are well aware of the impending crude oil shortages, and have positioned themselves to profit from the instabilities that are developing.

We are all “woven” into the matrix of a massive worldwide energy production and distribution system. The obsessive focus on petroleum has obscured promising alternatives. This is particularly true in the USA, where efforts to develop energy alternatives are handicapped and often suppressed. The financial powers behind Big Energy dominate not only petroleum, their influence has guided most research into dead-end alternative energy “solutions”, such as hydrogen powered cars.

Behind the conflicts and wars around the world, there is an intense competition for control of strategic resources, especially crude oil. I recommend a well-researched Internet article by Matthew David Savinar, Esq., posted on his website: http://www.lifeaftertheoilcrash.net

Why don’t the media or the political candidates address this important problem? Savinar explains the peak-oil information vacuum in words he first published four years ago:

“Once the seriousness of the [peak-oil] situation is generally acknowledged, a panic will spread on the markets and bring down the entire house of cards even if production hasn’t actually peaked. For this reason, the mainstream media cannot discuss this issue without largely whitewashing the dire consequences for the average person. If they told the truth, people would panic and the markets would crash.”

The unfolding changes may become catastrophic, and changes will surely be stressful, to say the least. Transforming and clearing out our dragons will bring us into greater rapport within ourselves, and hopefully bring greater rapport with each other..

Hopefully, greater rapport with each other and greater rapport with the Earth can lead beyond "vulture capitalism" to a new sustainable socio-economic order. To that end, let us use the resources of our Transforming Dragons Network as a place to gather your comments, ideas, questions, and suggestions.

No need to report to me on Google’s entry into the energy field with a major commitment to energy alternatives. (See: http://www.google.com/corporate/green/energy/index.html) Because of the magnitude of the problem, this will likely fail to provide alternative energy in time to replace declining oil; and to prevent hyperinflation, and economic disruptions.

There are important energy alternatives that Savinar did not discuss, and that Google probably is not considering because of limited scientific horizons. Three of these technologies are discussed below: 1. Super Solar Photovoltaics, 2. Brown’s Gas Technology, and 3. Zero-Point Energy.

1. Super Solar Photovoltaics: A company in Cambridge, Massachusetts named Advanced Diamond Solutions has developed a breakthrough in solar cell technology using amorphous diamond nanostructures. In their research to improve ways to cool semiconductor chips, the company discovered a way to convert both heat and light into electricity. The result is a solar cell that is half the cost of silicon solar cells, and has a remarkable conversion efficiency of 50% in turning sunlight into electricity. This is a revolutionary improvement over present solar cell technology. In addition, because this technology responds to the infrared (heat) spectrum, the technology could be used to harvest waste heat from various industrial processes. As of November 2007 the company is a little over one-year away from beginning to offer its new technology in the solar photovoltaic market. http://www.advanceddiamond.com/ (Someone tell Google ab out this.)

2. Brown’s Gas Technology: There is an ongoing revolution in energy generation that is called Brown’s Gas Technology (BGT). In my 20-year study of the history of BGT, it is clear that BGT has been suppressed by the energy establishment. And BGT has also been ignored or dismissed by scientific arrogance (that could easily pass for stupidity) at the highest levels in the United States and Europe.

What is Brown’s Gas? It is produced by the use of electricity to split water into its two constituent parts: hydrogen and oxygen. These two gasses are collected together, and their mixture is called: Brown’s Gas. There are some very unusual properties produced by Brown’s Gas that have been the subject of scientific discussion (and disinformation) for some 20-years.

BGT is presently being exploited by the People’s Republic of China with various technological developments and military applications applications. The United States is slow in catching up to the rest of the world. Outside the USA, responsible individuals are now advocates of Brown’s Gas technology. In Canada, for example, Dr. Andrew Michrowski of The Planetary Association for Clean Energy (PACE). Dr. Michrowski is a strong advocate for full development of BGT. (http://pacenet.homestead.com/)

Brown’s Gas is named for the late Professor Yull Brown. In his early efforts to advance his technology in the 1970s, Professor Brown ran into great difficulty in the United States and Australia. Then, he found that his ideas and research were welcomed by the People’s Republic of China. Professor Brown spent three and a half years at Institute 52; China’s research center for space, energy, and nuclear science located Baotou, Inner Mongolia.

With the assistance of 35 scientists and engineers, Professor Brown developed the gas generator that has been used primarily for welding. There is now a well-established manufacturing operation in China that is producing four sizes of BGT welders. These welders are being exported throughout the world, including the United States. A Chinese company called Norinco (under the Chinese Army) has produced millions of BGT units, and these have worked very reliably over many years.

There are remarkable properties in the Brown’s Gas welding torch flame. BGT welders have an ability to form strong bonds between dissimilar materials, welded bonds that are not possible with any other welding technology (for example a Brown’s Gas torch can weld aluminum to steel or glass or to a ceramic brick).

The temperature of the Brown’s Gas flame, when it is not in contact with some inorganic material, is relatively cool. Yet, when the Brown’s Gas flame comes in contact with some inorganic substance, particularly metals, much higher temperatures are produced. There is a poorly understood interaction between the imploding vortex of the Brown’s Gas flame and metals, and this creates remarkably high temperatures.

Scientific evaluation in terms of the present Standard model will fail; however, when seen in terms of the Casimir effect and the new Lattice Nested Hydreno atomic model the seemingly impossible properties of Brown’s Gas make sense.

This explains what I witnessed when a Brown’s Gas flame heated a rod of pure tungsten metal, and it created a temperature of 10,220-degrees F. (5,660 degrees Celsius) and it caused the tungsten to vaporize.

It was claimed by the late Professor Brown, that his Brown’s Gas welding flame would reduce the radioactivity of some radioactive materials. This claim has been verified by scientific tests conducted by Knud Jespersen, of Infinite Energy Corporation, Toronto, Ontario, and published by Dr. Michrowski ten years ago. More recently (June 2002), Mark Porringa of Zeropoint Techtonix, Inc in Ontario, Canada reported that the Brown’s Gas-Metal Matrix process that achieved a 95% reduction in radioactivity.

There are verified reports of catalytic combustion of Brown’s Gas; and very high temperatures have been achieved, depending on the type of catalytic materials used. Highest temperatures are reported by sintered-porous metal that are made by compressing powdered metal with a process called sintering. Sintered-porous metals produce temperatures from 700 to 800 degrees Celsius. Ceramic catalysts using certain noble metals are reported to operate in the 400 to 600 C range. Clearly, there is an energy gain beyond that predicted by a simple chemical reaction in the combustion of hydrogen and oxygen.

Unlike the combustion of hydrogen gas and hydrocarbon fuels, Brown’s Gas results in only pure water vapor. Thus, there is no requirement for vents, although, Brown’s Gas combustion will produce a slight increase in humidity. However, there may continue to be problems of a damaging burn-through of catalytic materials that may still make catalytic devices too unreliable for commercial product development.

3. Zero-Point Energy: In 1987, Tom Bearden and Floyd Sweet demonstrated Sweet's over-unity electrical generating device that produced electrical outputs of over a million times more power than was input by the operator. The device extracted almost all its input energy from the active vacuum (zero point) to produce its remarkable electrical power gain. And, interestingly, this six-pound device also produced anti-gravity effects. Sweet’s device was mechanical and had rotating elements.

Subsequently, Tom Bearden, Ph.D. (Nuclear Engineering) set out to construct a simple non-nuclear device that could extract energy from the vacuum fluctuations (sub-quantum kenetics) of the “zero point” of space-time. In other words, atoms are continually absorbing and re-radiating electromagnetic energy (primarily light and infrared). This energy is released in discrete bits called quanta. Thus, a sub-quantum activity is constantly going on throughout all matter and space, however, this activity is below the energy threshold (quantum level) of existence in our space-time (observed reality).

The vacuum of space is a boiling sea of potential energy. This is the zero-point energy that is tapped into and brings forth an output of electric current. This energy source is also referred to as EFTV, that is, Energy From The Vacuum.

Tom Bearden also cites many inventions that have successfully produced “free energy” from the vacuum fluctuations of space.http://www.cheniere.org/ Unfortunately, these inventions have been blocked and have not yet been developed to benefit humankind.

On March 26, 2002, a patent was issued for a device that could revolutionize energy generation The device was patented by Tom Bearden and four colleagues, and they have named the device The Motionless Electromagnetic Generator (MEG). The MEG has produced up to 100 times more power than was input, by extracting free energy from the vacuum of space. The MEG has been independently constructed, and its over-unity performance independently replicated, by other researchers.

The MEG requires further development engineering, and manufacturing engineering before it can be produced as a commercial product. The current energy establishment resists the development and commercial production of MEG devices.

The MEG could make each home independent of electrical utilities for a fraction of the price of solar energy installations. And, therein may be the true problem, and the reason for resistance to innovation. Such technology would make people free from the present energy matrix, and would result in many trillions of dollars in lost revenue for the present energy establishment.
